What does the free assessment include?+
Non-binding workflow assessment PDF with scope outline and recommended next step—emailed automatically right after submit. It is not a contract.
What is Discovery?+
A paid 2-week pilot ($2,500 · 2-week fixed scope) for one agreed workflow—often invoice processing or inquiry handling, scoped to your highest-friction process. Human review before go-live.
Do you guarantee ROI or time savings?+
No. We deliver agreed scope; your results depend on volume, data quality, integrations, and how your team adopts the workflow.
Do outputs go out without human review?+
Not by default. Customer-facing messages and high-risk actions need human approval unless a signed SOW says otherwise.
How do you handle data security?+
We use scoped API credentials to your existing tools, minimize data retention, and document handling in your SOW. We do not train public models on your proprietary data without explicit agreement.
How long until something is live?+
Assessment PDF: same day. Discovery pilot: 2 weeks from kickoff to handover. Production Starter rollout follows once you approve metrics from the pilot.
How do I pay?+
Discovery and Starter/Standard use Stripe Checkout (USD card). Enterprise is invoiced after a sales conversation.
What is included in monthly care?+
Included: Uptime monitoring and hosting maintenance (e.g. Vercel running costs); API updates and fixes to existing bugs within scope; Monthly online check-in (30 min — impact review); Minor prompt tuning (up to 2 requests per month—not unlimited support). New features and extra workflows are quoted separately.
Can you work with tools we already use?+
Yes. Most pilots start from email, web forms, Google Workspace, Slack, QuickBooks, or your CRM. We build around what you already run.
Why is customer inquiry handling mentioned sometimes?+
It is our most common Discovery starting point—high volume, clear metrics, fast pilot feedback. We automate many other workflows (see examples on the home page); inquiry desk is one playbook, not our only service.
