4. Refunds & cancellation
Self-serve purchases via Stripe Checkout are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Implementation fees are generally non-refundable once kickoff begins. Monthly Care subscriptions renew until cancelled and are not pro-rated except where required by law.

6. Automation operations & client data
Automations can fail or require downtime. We design for monitoring, rollback where feasible, and an off switch on Client request or for abuse/outage.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you provide and for your compliance with vendor API and platform terms. We do not scrape or integrate in ways that violate third-party ToS unless you explicitly authorize and accept that risk in writing.
