KAISEI GLOBAL(“KAISEI”, “we”) operates ai.kaisei-global.com for B2B inquiries and service delivery. We collect only information reasonably necessary to respond, deliver assessments, process payments, and maintain services. We do not sell personal information.

Through inquiry forms, checkout, and service delivery we may collect: company name, contact name, work email, job role (if provided), business/workflow details you submit, UTM attribution data, and billing metadata from Stripe (not full card numbers). We do not require phone numbers or government IDs for standard inquiries.

When you pay online, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive limited billing metadata (e.g., last four digits, brand, receipt email, billing address)—not full card numbers.

We use Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly, aggregated page-view statistics. Plausible does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for basic analytics on this site. If we add non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

Inquiry and contract records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter as required for accounting, tax, and legal claims (typically up to 7 years unless a longer period is mandated). Stripe retains payment records per its policies.
