Billing & Payment Terms

1. Overview
These Billing Terms apply to fees for KAISEI corporate AI automation services purchased online or by invoice. They supplement the Terms of Service.
All list prices on ai.kaisei-global.com are in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Fee components
Each plan typically includes:
- Implementation fee — one-time charge for discovery, build, configuration, testing, and handover within the selected tier scope.
- Monthly Care — recurring subscription for monitoring, SLA-covered minor fixes, scheduled check-ins, and agreed maintenance tasks.
- Excluded — new workflows, major enhancements, premium third-party API usage beyond reasonable SLA thresholds, on-site visits, and dedicated staffing unless quoted.
3. Stripe Checkout (self-serve)
Self-serve checkout for Starter and Standard plans is hosted by Stripe, Inc.. By paying, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the implementation fee and to create a recurring subscription for Monthly Care.
Your first checkout charge typically includes the one-time implementation fee plus the first Monthly Care period as shown on the Stripe payment page.
You must accept our Terms, these Billing Terms, and Refund Policy on the Stripe checkout page before payment.
We do not store full card numbers. Stripe handles PCI-compliant payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy for payment data handling.
4. Subscription renewal & cancellation
Monthly Care renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.
Cancel by: (a) using the link in your Stripe receipt / customer portal, or (b) emailing info@kaisei-global.com from your registered address with 10 days' notice before the next renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or the Refund Policy.
If payment fails, we may retry per Stripe rules, suspend automations, or terminate Monthly Care after reasonable notice.
5. Enterprise & invoice billing
Premium (Enterprise) and custom scopes may be invoiced with wire/ACH terms defined in a signed SOW. Late payments may incur suspension after 7 calendar days past due unless otherwise agreed.
6. Taxes & invoices
You are responsible for applicable sales, VAT, GST, or withholding taxes unless we are legally required to collect and remit.
Stripe Checkout may collect tax IDs where enabled. Receipts and invoices are issued electronically via Stripe or email.
7. Chargebacks & disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions in good faith.
Filing a chargeback after kickoff has begun, or for subscription periods already delivered, may be treated as a material breach. We reserve the right to suspend service and recover fees, chargebacks, and reasonable dispute costs to the extent permitted by law.
