Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Summary (read before paying)
Because we allocate engineering time immediately after purchase, implementation fees are generally non-refundable once kickoff has started. Monthly Care is a subscription service with no pro-rata refunds for partial months except where required by law.
2. Implementation fees
- Full refund available if you cancel in writing within 48 hours of checkout AND we have not yet scheduled or held kickoff.
- After kickoff is scheduled, attended, or any implementation work begins: implementation fees are non-refundable.
- If we cancel the project due to our inability to deliver the agreed scope (not caused by Client delay or scope change), we will refund the unused portion of implementation fees at our reasonable determination.
3. Monthly Care subscriptions
- No refund for the current billing period once the period has started.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals only.
- If you downgrade or pause, unused scope does not convert to cash credits unless agreed in writing.
4. Free assessment
The free AI workflow assessment and PDF delivery are provided at no charge and create no payment obligation.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights for consumers in jurisdictions where applicable. B2B clients contracting in a professional capacity generally cannot rely on consumer cooling-off rules, but local law may vary.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@kaisei-global.com with your company name, checkout email, Stripe receipt ID, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe where possible.
